Meeting ・・・・・

・We conduct health checks of our cooking staff.
・We also confirm the number of customers for the day, as well as the menu and meal types.

Start cooking ・・・・・

After checking the ingredients we will be using that day, we begin the preparation process (washing and cutting ingredients, preparing cooking utensils). Then, we proceed with cooking (grilling, boiling, frying, etc.) and seasoning.

Plating ・・・・・

Each dish, including side dishes, main courses, pickled vegetables, and desserts, is plated individually for the required number of customers. These are then arranged on trays prepared for each customers.

Serving and introduction of the menu ・・・・・

Meals are served individually to each customers followed by an introduction of the day’s menu.

Preparing snacks ・・・・・

Snacks to be served at 3:00 p.m. are prepared.

Dishwashing ・・・・・

The dishes used to serve lunch are washed using a dishwasher.

Prepare bento boxes ・・・・・

Dinner bento boxes for customers to take home after using the day service are prepared.

Prepare afternoon snack 15:00 ・・・・・

The snacks prepared in the morning are plated and served at 3:00 p.m..

Washing and cleaning ・・・・・

All dishes and cooking utensils are washed. The inside of the kitchen (including worktables, stoves, sinks, and floors) is thoroughly cleaned.

Administrative work ・・・・・

Submit the daily work report and prepare meal tags for the following day.
